The MCS500-R1-HS is the hollow-shaft version of Mecademic’s ultra-compact and precise SCARA robot. It combines the same speed, rigidity, and repeatability as the standard MCS500-R1 but with a hollow-shaft design through the Z-axis, allowing cable and pneumatic routing directly through the arm. This feature makes it ideal for high-speed assembly, inspection, and part-handling applications where clean cable management and reduced interference are critical.
